At NHSBSA, my infrastructure support responsibilities included building Hyper-V production servers, verifying backups, supporting maintenance windows and diagnosing faults across hardware, operating systems and networks. I also led an AD-to-Entra ID migration workstream, coordinating engineers, suppliers and users.
